OLIVIAsmart4.0
The OLIVIAsmart4.0 is a ready-to-operate processing system with automatic control that is designed to pre-treat crushed olives. The system continuously applies pulsed electrical energy to olives, is designed to run permanently and can be integrated very easily into existing processing lines. The OLIVIAsmart4.0 can be installed effectively upstream of malaxation (oil extraction) or the solid/liquid separation system (decanter or packing press) and can be perfectly adapted to suit customer needs.
The system is currently designed for throughput of 6000 kg/h, but can be set up for throughput from a minimum of 600 kg/h up to the volume of your existing processing line. If higher flow has to be treated, the throughput can be increased or we can connect multiple OLIVIAsmart4.0 processing units in parallel.
The pulse technology as well as the system control are reliably installed together with the treatment chamber in a welded stainless steel chamber. Compliance with European standards in the design and operation of the OLIVIAsmart4.0 is a matter of course for us and documented in the context of a CE marking.
